“your purpose must be bigger than your limited belief” Aashish gautam

If we want to achieve something great in life, overcome laziness, and rise above excuses, having a purpose is essential.

Purpose is as vital to life as breathing. Just as we cannot survive without air, we cannot achieve greatness without a meaningful purpose. It is what keeps us alive—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.

Purpose provides direction. It answers the fundamental questions: Why are we here? Why should we work hard? Why should we study? Think of purpose as the captain of a ship—without one, the ship will drift aimlessly and sink into oblivion. Likewise, a life without purpose gets lost in distractions and despair.

How to Find Your Purpose

A person’s purpose often arises from the struggles they have faced or witnessed. The desire to overcome these hardships fuels their mission to make life better for others.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar experienced the cruelty of untouchability countless times from childhood. This ignited his determination to eradicate caste-based discrimination and uplift Dalits. His relentless pursuit of education and knowledge led him to frame the Indian Constitution, where he put emphasis on the right to equality and abolished untouchability.

Helen Keller, despite being blind and deaf, dedicated her life to improving the lives of others with similar disabilities. Her struggles became the foundation of her purpose.

Abraham Lincoln’s greatest mission was to abolish slavery in America. Despite facing constant failures and election defeats, he never wavered. When he finally became President, he ensured that slavery was abolished forever.

These examples make it clear—your purpose should be bigger than personal preferences or temporary desires. Only then will you awaken the inner strength required to achieve greatness.

Your purpose should surpass every mental limitation you have. This happens when you align your success and failures with the betterment of humanity.

Imagine, If your purpose is to give quality education to underprivileged people, then you should study hard and try your best to build quality schools and universities, always keeping in mind why you want to do it and how much humanity will benefit if you succeed.

When you decide that your purpose is not just about personal success but about uplifting humanity, you will overcome every mental barrier. You will break free from self-doubt and achieve what once seemed impossible.
