InSensetive Judge

The judiciary is considered the protector of society, and it has the responsibility of providing justice to victims. But some judges are extremely insensitive and pass such ridiculous judgments that an ordinary person loses faith in justice itself.

Recently, a case came where a male judge said that holding someone’s hand or whistling at them does not amount to sexual harassment.

Today, when so many crimes against women are increasing, one reason behind this is the irresponsible attitude of some judges. These judges give criminals bail very easily, and later those criminals threaten the victims. They make unnecessary remarks about women, take cases involving women very casually, and women are unable to get justice.

I believe that if we want to reduce crimes against women, we need a vigilant judiciary and a judiciary in which there is greater participation of women. I also believe that only women judges can deal with cases involving women in a sensitive and strict manner. Therefore, we need to bring more and more women judges into the judiciary, and in cases related to women, there should be at least two women judges so that women can receive justice.
